The Academy provides new consultants with a framework within which they can build their careers. Consultants will work through a 6 month programme, combining classroom training, interactive role playing, presentations and sales floor training. Presentation skills, sales techniques, name gathering and deal closing tips are just a few of the areas covered in the 6 month programme. Each consultant will have a Personal Development Plan that will help map their progression in our highly success-driven environment.
