Database
We use a market leading recruitment database for the storing, retrieval and tracking of all candidate, client and job details. We can also create individual and personalised client databases which are monitored and updated on a regular basis. This enables us to market the client to the candidate. When you are ready to recruit, we will immediately provide you with a fully screened pool of candidates who possess the requisite skills, qualifications and experience needed and who have a strong interest in developing their career with your organisation.
Referrals
One of the most effective ways to source candidates with scarce and unique skills is to seek referrals from our candidates who we already know possess similar skills.
